The people need shit can . Need all new management. Refuse to answer the phone I have tried to get a hold of them for 3 days now. Once someone picked up then hung up. I hope it burns down.
I have 4 stars because there is usually a line there. But on the other hand, the clerk behind the counter is always smiling, friendly and makes sure you have everything you need.
I experienced so many issues with my mail carrier losing my mail with my home address that i actually went and purchased a po box thinking this would solve the problem. I was wrong. I receive other peoples mail in my box almost daily and have had issues with my packages still getting lost. The managers that i spoke to regarding my issues had very bad attitudes and even snickered and stated that my lost packages werent "really" their problem. I have experienced the worst of the worst at this new caney location. Both black male and female managers are definetly part of the goodwill special needs bunch.

When are y'all gonna get it together!? My mail is delivered to someone down the street at least once a month! Sometimes multiple days in a row. How many times is it going to take for people to complain about our mail carrier before the problem is fixed!?! Btw this has been going on for YEARS!
